GENERAL TERMS

 The authorised driver must possess a valid driving license

 Sky Rentals will not be held accountable for those driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, deliberate damage/misuse, or driving off-road without appropriate care and attention.

 In the event of an accident, you must contact the police and Sky Rentals.

 The driver is not permitted to transport more passengers than the vehicle permit allows.

 You, the client, will take full responsibility for any issues pertaining to the above.

CANCELLATION POLICY

cancellations made 48hours or less prior to the rental date, incur that the deposit is non-refundable. In the event that the booking is cancelled due to Covid-19, with supporting documents submitted, the deposit is refunded up to 2 weeks prior to the rental date.

FLIGHT DELAYS

 No additional charges on flight delays Our employees are always informed for your arrival time, including last minute flight schedule changes that may occur.

 They will wait for your arrival in order to deliver you the booked vehicle.

 If the company don’t have your flight details you must inform the company for the delay of your flight, otherwise the company have to wait 90 minutes from the pick up time after the 90 minutes the company is not responsibility and your booking will be cancelled with not refunds

PAYMENT OPTIONS

To complete a reservation, the client must deposit 100% of the rental.

The client may also choose to pay during the vehicle pick-up process when the full amount should be paid by cash or credit card.

Debit or credit cards (we have a POS machine) or cash.

Apple Pay or Google Pay is not accepted. Visa, Maestro and Master Card is Accepted. American Express is not accepted.

Franchise or Deposit of the Vehicle

Franchise or Deposit of the Vehicle can make only with Credit Card.

Debit or Prepayed Cards are not accepted. Visa, Maestro and Master Card is Accepted. American Express is not accepted.

DRIVER LICENSE TERMS

Driving license B (Car) is valid for driving:

Motorcycle – 50cc

With the conditions:

Possession of category B for more than six (6) years, and
Attainment of the age of twenty-seven (27).

Motorcycle up to 125 cc

with the conditions:

Category B possession for more than six (6) years
Attainment of the age of twenty-seven (27).
Compulsory internship, five (5) courses
and write the code “121” on the driver’s license

Do you have a Car and Motorcycle driving license?

Then you can drive

Motorcycle up to 125cc

  with the conditions:

Possession of category B for more than four (4) years
Possession of the category Moped for more than four (4) years
Completion of the age of twenty-seven (27)
